  Pasteurization can be resistant to 90℃, 40 minutes.

  Excellent high temperature resistance sealing, the highest temperature can withstand over 300 ℃ transient high temperature heating without film ironing and inks discoloration.

  The sealing object of this product is made of HDPE, which is made of cups and bottles. There may be different adaptations between the formula of different cup (bottle) body and the sealing film of our company, which are mainly embodied in the aspects of heat sealing temperature, heat sealing time and heat sealing strength. If the user needs to adjust the bottle body formula, we strongly recommend that the user test the adaptability of the bottle body and the seal membrane in advance.

  Users need to carry out the necessary testing when using the product, especially when improving the filling speed.

  Because the impact of different package contents and the proportion of different contents on the seal are different, please make full test before using.

  In the low temperature in winter production, because the heat sealed products may be relatively quenched, PE film and the cup (bottle) of the molecular activity and cooling curve is not the same,which can lead to the instability of heat sealing strength. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the heat seal temperature , the heat sealing time and the control of the speed.
